There are many delightful examples of the family's excellent craft work which will remain with the property, from Jim's stones inlaid in the concrete paths to the hand-wrought iron railings of the balcony where you will sit to drink your morning coffee and look out across the valley. It is an easy 20 min walk to the beach, 7 min walk to shops and doctor's rooms and 2 min to the bus stop. Everything is there for you including a large garden and fruit trees, off street parking, a little nook off the garage for your tools and a hobby room for a wood turner or potter.
