Consistently I have been rated in the top 12 salespeople at Tommys and have travelled to Florida, New Orleans, Las Vegas, Dubai, New York, Thailand, Fiji and this year will be going to San Francisco among other places to promote our listings to the International market place. I joined Tommys after establishing a successful career with LJ Hooker where I was rated in the top 10% of LJ Hookers NZ sales force. I am often asked: where does my passion for Real Estate come from? To me it’s about establishing relationships with people from all walks of life, working hard to help them realise their dreams, managing their stress (with a mixture of honesty, empathy and plenty of laughter) and then celebrating their success at the end. Most of my business comes from repeat or referral - your success is my Real Estate future! I am the mother of 4 sons; 3 living and working in London having graduated from Victoria University, and 1 at university and living at home. Some of my busiest and most challenging moments were when I had 4 little boys all under 8 years old and I was a full time mum, but they are also my most precious memories. I have established and run my own successful businesses, and bought and sold numerous properties so I understand the needs of people buying and selling Real Estate. My life skills, attention to detail and multi tasking ability enables me to communicate freely with you during the marketing of your home and especially during the critical stage of negotiation (this is where an inexperienced or less motivated salesperson can potentially cost you thousands of dollars). It’s a privilege to be trusted to sell your property—and I won't let you down. During the past 9 years I have sold in excess of $100 million dollars of property ranging from $110,000 to $1million plus. Every client I treated with the respect and honesty I would like to be given if it was my home. I have furthered my qualifications and apart from the standard salesperson certificate I also hold a managers licence. My job is not finished once your property is under offer—it’s not over until it’s sold and even then I stay in touch and continue to assist in any way I can. I work with a team of mortgage brokers, valuers, building companies and have the best legal advice available (I am married to a solicitor who often assists me with free legal advice after hours, which at times has been imperative in making the deal happen) for my vendors and buyers. This is some of what you pay me for when your house sells, my success fee for selling your house for the price you want. I offer so much more than someone who stands at an open home and hopes for the best. Real Estate is my career, I am professional and you can be confident that I will present your property to the market and achieve the best possible price at the same time maintaining my integrity, honesty and loyalty to you.
